It's a great 1 bedroom floorplan with a ton of closets and in unit washer/dryer. Has room for a large couch and 4 person dining table. We both worked from home and it worked well for us. It's one of the best 1-bed floorplans in the building, faces east but has more square footage than west facing units. It has in unit W/D and central air conditioning.
