We’re moving and are looking for someone to take over our lease (preferred), though we’d also consider a sublet for the right person.

Additional fees

The new leaseholders will need to apply through Onsite on the following link: https://www.on-site.com/apply/property/69370. The incoming tenants will need to email the following information/documents:
-US ID or Passport/Visa
-US Bank Statement
-Proof of Employment Stating Annual Salary on Company Letterhead
-If Self-Employed, A CPA Letter Stating Annual Income
- Student ID/Class Schedule (if a student)
-Your information such as an email address, phone number, and your current home address
Since you are looking to be removed as a leaseholder, you will need to provide us with a notarized letter stating the full address and the date of our move out and your intention to be removed as a leaseholder.
Once I receive all these documents, we will review for approval. For everything to be approved, income must be 40x the monthly rent. If it does not meet this requirement, a personal guarantor can be added with a salary of 80x the rent or a bond would have to be put in place.
Once all is approved, there will be documents that will be sent to all current leaseholders and the incoming leaseholders to be signed electronically.
