Historic three-bedroom pre-war townhouse suite in Greenpoint — a quiet, tree-lined residential block in the neighborhood locals call Little Poland. Fully furnished and fully stocked: cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, linens, towels, plus coffee and laundry detergent to start — tenants can arrive with just a suitcase.

Three private bedrooms (queen and twin configurations, blackout shades in every room) and one full bathroom — best suited to a couple, a relocating family, or a team of 3-4. Full kitchen with full-size appliances, full-size in-unit washer and dryer, and ductless mini-split heating and cooling with individual controls in each room. Two separate desk setups with fast, reliable WiFi — two people can work from home at the same time. Self check-in by smart lock at any hour.

The location suits corporate and relocation clients well: the NYC Ferry at India Street reaches Manhattan's East 34th Street landing in about 8 minutes (a short walk from NYU Langone and the First Avenue medical corridor), and the G train at Greenpoint Avenue connects across Brooklyn and into Queens. McCarren Park, the waterfront esplanade, and some of Brooklyn's best restaurants and cafes are all within a short walk.

We are the owner-operators and respond quickly. Flexible on term from 30 days up to 12 months; extensions accommodated whenever possible. W-9 and certificate of insurance available on request.
