I'm easy to reach, responsive, and want this to be a smooth, low-stress stay for whoever moves in.

Fully furnished, spacious 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment available for a minimum 3-month stay. Perfect for traveling nurses, visiting academics, remote workers on temporary assignment, people between homes or renovating, or anyone relocating to NYC who wants to land somewhere comfortable before committing to a long-term lease.

- Spacious 1BR/1BA, fully furnished
- Located at the back of the building, so it's very quiet (great for day sleepers working night shifts)
- Full kitchen with everything you need to actually cook
- Dining table, comfortable couch, TV, and a dedicated workspace
- Elevator building, apartment on the 2nd floor
- Laundry in the basement of the building
- Wi-Fi and all utilities included

For traveling nurses specifically:
- 13-week contracts welcome — and extensions are easy if your assignment gets extended
