We're relocating internationally and are looking for someone to take over our rent-stabilized 2 bed / 2 bath apartment at The Greenpoint from early October (exact date flexible).

We've loved living here and wouldn't be leaving if we weren't moving overseas!

- You will have to pay a security deposit to me in the amount equal to one month's rent. The building will keep my security deposit on file and pay it out to you at the end of the lease term.
- You must make 40x rent to qualify for approval (household income must be $228,480+ for this apartment).

The apartment is available for lease through 30 April 2027. The incoming tenant can extend it for another year.
