• Hybrid/Full-time, in-office job
• No pets, no kids
• Someone who appreciates a calm, cozy, no-drama living environment

• Prime Williamsburg location — off Bedford Ave stop, and adjacent to Berry Street.
• Shared, well-kept common spaces
• Bathroom shared with one other roommate
• Centralized AC and heating
• Backyard facing window
• Shared full backyard with the building
• Private Balcony
• No onsite laundry, but two laundromats within a two-block radius

• Lease begins October 1st
• Rent: $1,600/month
• Utilities: approximately $100–$150/month
