Property Details

We're renting our apartment at South 3rd Street, between Keap Street and Rodney Street, Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NYC.

Beautiful top-floor apartment with lots of light.

Large apartment (1,200 square feet; 110 square meters).

Three bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 has a queen-size bed in it.

Bedroom #2 has a pull-down bed and two desks in it. The Murphy bed folds vertically into a wall cabinet to save floor space. The two desks are electric standing desks (you can change their height at the press of a button). This room could be used as an office or an artist studio.

Bedroom #3 has a baby crib in it; this is the "walk through" room.

Two bathrooms. Each bathroom has a shower, bathtub, sink, toilet, and window.

Fully furnished.

All utilities (internet, heating, water, gas, etc.) included and managed by us (the landlords).

Washing machine (for clothes), dryer, and dishwashing machine in the kitchen.

Two closets.

Two air-conditioning units.

Walking distance from the L, G, J, M, and Z trains.

There are twelve windows in the apartment. There are windows in every room. There are four windows in the living room that's at the front of the apartment (facing the street). There are two windows in each bedroom at the back of the apartment (facing the backyard and the other buildings behind us). There is one window in the kitchen, one window in the walk-through room/bedroom, and one window in each bathroom.

In our kitchen, we have a big washing machine and dryer, plus excellent knives, pots, pans, etc.

The couch in the living room has a queen-size pullout bed/mattress.

Six ceiling fans. (There's a ceiling fan in each room, except the two bathrooms.)

Top-floor apartment. It's a walk-up with three flights of stairs.

And yes, there's a hammock in the living room.
