Offering my large, furnished 2-bedroom apartment in Flatbush/PLG while I'm away for the month. I've lived here for several years and have put a lot of care into creating a space that feels like a creative and comfortable haven from the city.

The primary bedroom is shockingly big with tons of natural light, a queen-size Tempur-Pedic mattress, A/C unit, high-speed WiFi, and ample original hardwood floorspace.

The second bedroom is my music/yoga studio with upright piano and yoga equipment available to use (with a few basic guidelines).

This could work well for someone visiting NYC, apartment hunting, working remotely, or needing a short-term stay. I'm looking for a responsible guest who will enjoy the space and treat it with care.

Move-In Total: $3,500 ($3,350 sublet fee + $150 security deposit, returned after move-out assuming no damage or missing items). Total includes all utilities + high-speed WiFi.
