Large, fully furnished private bedroom with high ceilings, a spacious private tiled bathroom, and excellent separation from the rest of the apartment. The room is located at the rear of the building, making it extremely quiet with virtually no street noise.
The bedroom receives limited direct sunlight, but the shared living room is bright and sunny, with large windows and plenty of natural light.

The apartment is a unique two-level duplex. Your bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor, while the only other bedroom and bathroom are downstairs, where I live. Only the kitchen and living room are shared.

Because the bedrooms are on separate floors and each has its own bathroom, the setup is much more private than a typical roommate arrangement. I am frequently out and spend most of my time downstairs, so the apartment generally feels quiet and private.
The separate kitchen includes a dishwasher, Convection oven, Air Fryer, Two convection stove tops, cookware, dishes, plates, utensils, and everything needed for everyday cooking.

The neighborhood is extremely convenient, with Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Lidl, Target, restaurants, gyms, shopping, and a major movie theater all within approximately five minutes.
