LIVING HERE:
Our apartment, Unit 3208, has been a dream to live in for the past two years and we are terribly sad to leave it. We are relocating to another city, but would otherwise re-sign another two year lease if given the opportunity. Beyond the space itself and the amenities, here are a couple reasons we've loved it:
- The views of the East River, Long Island, and the Manhattan Skyline are STUNNING; every guest we've had over immediately begins taking pictures
- The laundry room is right next door, which basically feels like an in-unit washer/dryer without paying for one
- The refuse room is also close by which makes taking out the trash really easy
- The building staff are super lovely and we've never had a bad encounter
- Maintenance staff are ready to assist with anything promptly, sometimes within minutes
- You are walking distance to several grocery stores, the amazing food in the LIC downtown, and the beautiful waterfront
