The apartment is on the top floor with northern exposure, fantastic light, views of the sky and the RFK bridge to the east. The apartment will be taken over in an as-is condition (ie - wall colors will stay as they are), but not to worry, we have kept it in great shape. We cannot take several pieces of large furniture to our new apartment, including ALL of the outdoor furniture and plants. We are willing to sell these at a reasonable price to the tenant who takes over this lease. Typically our landlord only allows cats. We have a dog and we received special permission to have our dog here. I do not know the 12 month renewal price, but it is certain you will be able to renew for 12 months after 10/31/26 until 10/31/27.
