- Proof of Income: 2 recent paystubs, recent bank statements, or an I-20 form

Process: Once approved by the leasing office, all parties will sign the standard Roommate Addition/Deletion (Lease Takeover) form. The lease term, end date, and terms remain identical to the original agreement.

Deposit & Keys: New tenant will reimburse current tenant for the security deposit directly. Keys will be handed over directly at move-in. Apartment is taken over in "as-is" condition.
