Fully furnished private room with private bathroom, available September 1 through end of December while I'm in France. $2,600/month + electricity.

The space:
Room faces a quiet interior courtyard — peaceful and great for sleeping in. Comes with a large wardrobe, desk, AC and heating, and Sonos speaker included. Bring your plants if you're a certified green thumb and want some greenery in the room — happy to leave mine if so.

The apartment:
Large living room and kitchen, rooftop access with skyline views — great for morning coffee or evening hangs. My roommate is genuinely the chillest person I've met, easy to live with and easy to coexist with. There are 2 small dogs and a cat which pretty quiet. Medium-sized building. Utilities not included, washer dryer in appartment.

The location:
Clinton Hill, 2 minutes from the C train. One minute walk to a deli, pharmacy, and a French bakery. Prospect Park and Fort Greene Park both close by. Quiet, leafy, residential feel while still close to everything.

Looking for someone clean, respectful, and easygoing for the sublet period. My landloard and roomate would like to chat with you before moving in, and so would I !

I'm a 32 year old Québécois guy working in clean tech. My roomate is a 36 year old, very easy going guy that likes to run, bike, and play badminton. He's active, and out of the house a lot, and very quiet when in the appartment.
