Property Details

I am traveling outside the city and subletting my West Village Studio apartment between 08/07 until 09/06 with a minimum 30 day sublease as required by my landlord. Rent is $3000/month. Utilities are all included so you only need to pay the rent.

Apartment is a studio comes with a kitchen, bathroom, empty closet, couch, queen sized bed, TV and desk to work from. There is also AC. Laundry not in building but across the street.

Apartment is in a prime location in the West village next to neighborhood bars, restaurants and 10 minutes walk from the West Side highway.

You will also need to be approved by my landlord in addition to me if you decide to sublet this place as per my lease rules (they will require a background check, proof of current salary and identification but approval should otherwise be straightforward).

Has to be a minimum 30 days sublet as per my lease conditions.

Additional fees

$25 fee for background check. Refunded if application is denied.
