Keeps the room nice and cool during the summer months. The apartment runs very cold from October onwards. Heat is in the apartment in living room and bedroom.

Rent includes a fully furnished equipped apartment and all utilities.

No onsite laundry. I send mine to wash dry fold or you could go to one of the many laundry mats nearby.

A small security deposit is required for moving in. Security to be paid back upon inspection of the apartment.

Tenant approval from the building is required by filling out apartment application 25$.

NO PETS, PARTIES, OR SMOKING ALLOWED.
