Hello! I am moving states in/around mid to late August (super flexible!) and am looking for someone to take over and sublet from August till November 30th, when the lease ends. From which you’d be able to re-sign if you’d like! The apartment is ground level with an incredibly big window looking out to the street. I moved in alone and then my partner joined me, so i’ve experienced living in this space with 2 people and it was very doable! All appliances work great, our landlord is nice and stays out of the way - not too nosy and not absent if you need repairs or get locked out. Packages also have never gotten stolen, they are delivered right to the door. Our upstairs neighbors are super quiet and i’ve never had a complain about noise level from neighbors or outside. The apartment is located right on a Q line which is super convenient and about a 6 minute walk to the 456. This neighborhood is pretty perfect, it’s full of families so not too noisy but plenty of great restaurants, shops, grocery stores, laundry, amc, thrift shops, etc. I have loved living here, it is bittersweet to move away!

I will most likely be taking most of the furniture and decor but let me know if something catches your eye, i may be open to leaving it.
