I've really enjoyed living at 55 Broad in the Financial District. My apartment is on the 28th floor, which gets plenty of natural light and offers great city views. The apartment includes an in-unit washer and dryer, a full-size dishwasher, and modern finishes throughout. The building has fantastic amenities, including a 24-hour doorman and concierge, a well-equipped fitness center, coworking spaces, resident lounges, a rooftop with panoramic views of Lower Manhattan, and an outdoor pool.

The location has been one of the biggest highlights. It's just a short walk to Wall Street, Stone Street, the Seaport, Battery Park, and the waterfront, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars, and grocery stores nearby. Getting around the city is incredibly easy, with the J, Z, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, R, W, E, PATH trains, and ferry terminals all within walking distance. Whether you work in FiDi, Midtown, Brooklyn, or New Jersey, the commute is hard to beat.
