I have absolutely loved living at 21 Chelsea for the last six years, and if I weren't moving, I wouldn't be leaving this apartment.

The apartment was recently renovated and features beautiful Whirlpool appliances, but my favorite part has always been the incredible natural light. Even on a cloudy day, the space feels bright, warm, and happy.

Storage is another huge bonus- something that's hard to find in NYC. The walk-in closet has been a game changer, and having an additional coat closet makes the apartment feel even more spacious and organized.

The kitchen is one of my favorite spaces. The large island is perfect for cooking, entertaining, or just enjoying your morning coffee. The open layout makes the apartment feel much larger than your typical New York one-bedroom and is great for having friends over.

The building itself is just as wonderful. The gym is well-equipped, and the rooftop has been one of my favorite places to unwind. I've hosted friends there for birthdays and summer get-togethers, but it's also the perfect spot to sit with a book or enjoy the sunshine. There's also a beautiful resident lounge with a pool table and ping-pong table that's great for hanging out or getting a change of scenery.

What truly makes 21 Chelsea special, though, is the people. The doormen and porters are genuinely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. They know residents by name and make coming home every day feel like you're part of a community.

This apartment has truly felt like home, and I hope the next person who lives here loves it as much as I have.
