Move-in September 1. Length is negotiable, but I'm looking for 6-months minimum and likely to renew.

7TH FLOOR WALKUP. It’s a lot of exercise. If that's a dealbreaker, this isn't your place. If you're up for it, you get a well located, well-kept apartment with some of the best views in the neighborhood.

The space:
- Bedroom for rent. UNFURNISHED, AC included. Very large bedroom by East Village standards, it fits a queen bed with room to spare. It has a closet and is right next to the bathroom. Williamsburg skyline views from your bedroom windows.
- It's just me living here, you'd have your own bedroom and we’d share the kitchen, living room, and bathroom.
- Bathroom has a tub, upgraded rain shower head, and a window.
- Excellent midtown skyline view from the living room and kitchen.
- The kitchen is expanded, loads of counter space.
- Projector and sound system in the living room. Just plug in your laptop or hook up your own TV/gaming setup.
- Vestibule at the entry to keep coats/shoes out of the living room.

Location:
- Very close to Wegmans (large, excellent supermarket)
- Near Astor Pl (6) and 8th St–NYU (R/W)
- Laundry to You wash-and-fold around the corner, laundromats all over
- Bars and restaurants galore

About me:
I'm a librarian at Cooper Union and an artist (see my art: nathanfeniak.com), originally from Denver. I like hikes upstate and adventures around the city. I have a girlfriend who lives a block away, she may sleep over every once in a while but mostly I'd be at hers. I'm very tidy, I like everything to have a set place put away. I very rarely leave dishes in the sink, vacuum and wipe down kitchen and toilet every couple days, deeper cleaning weekly to biweekly.

Intro messages → video interview → proof of income/ability to pay → a video or in-person tour (this would be as a final verification sort of thing, I'm traveling in Europe until late August and would have to organize with my girlfriend) → sublease signing and deposit → move in September 1 and pay first month's rent.
