Additional fees

$20 nonrefundable application fee per applicant and per guarantor. No security deposit is required. Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Applicants must complete the Astoria West RentCafe application and provide a valid photo ID, employment letter, two recent pay stubs, the first two signed pages of the last two years of tax returns or two years of W-2s, and the last two months of checking and savings account statements. Self-employed applicants must provide a CPA income letter. Students must provide a student ID and an acceptance letter or current class schedule. Pet owners must provide a pet photo and recent veterinary records.

Income Requirements:
Applicants must earn a combined annual income equal to 40 times the monthly rent. Personal guarantors must earn 80 times the monthly rent. All applicants are subject to property-management approval.

This is a lease assignment subject to Astoria West property-management approval. The incoming tenant must meet all building application and income requirements and submit the required supporting documents. The current lease includes one month free.
