We absolutely love living here and are only looking for a lease takeover because our family is planning to relocate to another state.
The apartment offers breathtaking views and has been a wonderful home for us. The building is exceptionally well managed, with friendly, professional doormen who make everyday life easy and welcoming.
One of the things we appreciate most is the strong sense of community. There are many families with young children in the building, and the residents are warm, friendly, and welcoming. The building regularly hosts family- and kid-friendly events and holiday celebrations, making it easy to meet neighbors and feel at home.
The building also features a large private courtyard that is truly a rare find in New York City. It includes beautifully maintained outdoor spaces for children to play, areas for picnics and barbecues, comfortable seating areas, and dedicated spaces for dog walking. There are plenty of dogs in the community, making it a very pet-friendly environment.
This has genuinely been one of the best places we have ever lived, and we would happily stay if we were not moving out of state.
