Looking for someone to take over our lease at 1 Duffield Street in Downtown Brooklyn/Vinegar Hill. We have some flexibility on the start date and can do sometime between late August and late September. The lease runs until May 1st, 2027, and you’ll have the option to renew with management after that.
The apartment itself gets amazing natural light. Because the building is close to the BQE, we actually installed high-quality curtains and extra soundproofing, so it’s really comfortable and quiet inside. As for the building, it has a great gym, laundry facilities, a roof deck, and a doorman/package room.
The location is super convenient for commuting. You’re a short walk from both the York St (F train) and High St (A/C trains) stations. Plus, there is a Citi Bike station right outside the front door, which makes getting around the neighborhood or over to DUMBO incredibly easy.
