Exceptional floor to ceiling south facing views steps from Hudson Yards, West Side Highway, and the High Line. I am looking to find a lease assignment for my 1/1 on the edge of Chelsea and Hudson Yards starting as soon as August 1st. Wood floors, great amenities, amazing natural light all day, rooftop access. Current lease runs through the end of March and will have the option to renew.

The building staff is attentive and friendly, I haven't had any issues with the unit. Washer/Dryer in unit work great. Bedroom fits a king size bed with wardrobe and dresser. Gym is good, and the building is also a ~5 minute walk to the Hudson Yards Equinox which is the best location in the city. Surrounded by ample food, coffee, and a quick walk to the 7 train, this is a great location.

I have lived here for 2+ years and have absolutely loved it, but unfortunately need to relocate. Apartment is currently furnished and I will likely take everything with me but would be willing to leave some items behind if interested. Happy to host in person and virtual viewings.
