Apartment located in UES, far from all noise of the city, 3 min walk from Q train, less than 10min to 6 train, 5 min to Whole Foods, 20 min to Carl-Shurz, and 15-20min to Museum Mile, tons of restaurants and bars nearby.

Apartment has always at least 2 doorman 24/7, super friendly and package room will also be handled to by them. Several elevators to utilize and they're renovated as well. 1 dog or 1 car allowed and there's no pet deposit or monthly fees.

Unit is quite spacious studio, easily can fit 3 seat couch and queen size bed, generous closer space, full kitchen with lots of storage and good size of bathroom. Wall AC, def much bigger than window AC, heating is actually my fav part since they're very quiet but heats up the apartment amazingly fast.

Moving in will be around September 1st, can be flexible. I'm hiring moving company but also open to leaving some furniture (TV, TV stand, shoe cabinet, shelves, bed frame, mattress and tempur pedic topper). Lease will be handled through leasing office. The remaining lease will still involve me as a primary tenant and you'll have to submit another application to renew around Mar-April, the rate will be re-calculated following market rate at that moment.
