We are (unfortunately) moving out of the city and have to leave our really beloved apartment. Our lease runs through March 31, 2026, and we are looking for someone to take it over.

The apartment is on the 38th floor and is very spacious, with an incredible west-facing view of New York Harbor, the Statue of Liberty, and the surrounding bridges. The sunsets are truly amazing. We have included several view photos taken from the apartment during our time here also.

Because we have lived here for more than four years, our rent has remained significantly below the current market rate. Apartments on this side of the building are also really not available at all, because the west-facing views are so desirable in this building.

We moved into the apartment when the building was brand new, and Brooklyn Crossing remains one of the best buildings in Brooklyn (in our opinion, the best, honestly). The building is luxurious and thoughtfully designed. Because there are no other high-rise buildings immediately next to it, the apartment has unusually open views of Manhattan, the bridges, the Statue of Liberty, Downtown Brooklyn, and New York Harbor.

### The Apartment

The unit is technically classified as a large alcove studio, but we have comfortably used it as a one-bedroom apartment. We use the area labeled “office” in the listing photos as our bedroom, which allows the bedroom and living room to function as separate spaces.

The apartment also includes:

### Incredible Location and Transportation

The location is one of the apartment’s greatest advantages. Brooklyn Crossing is directly next to Barclays Center and approximately a two-minute walk from Atlantic Avenue–Barclays Center, which provides access to the 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, R, and W subway lines.

The apartment is also approximately:

* Four minutes from the C train
* Six minutes from the G train
* Four minutes from the Atlantic Terminal LIRR station

The transportation connectivity is truly exceptional, making it easy to reach Manhattan and nearly every part of Brooklyn.

The building is located in Prospect Heights, with excellent restaurants, cafés, shopping, and neighborhood amenities in every direction. Atlantic Terminal, Atlantic Center, Target, and Stop & Shop are next to us. Vanderbilt Avenue, Fort Greene, Fifth Avenue, Seventh Avenue, and Fulton Street are all within approximately a five to ten-minute walk.

The building (Brooklyn Crossing) offers an extensive collection of high-end amenities, including:

* Large shared indoor and outdoor spaces on the 51st and 27th floors
