I love this apartment and the area is very nice with a 5 min walk to Forrest Park. It gets good light, its pretty quiet and has an elevator in the building. It's a 10min walk to LIRR, so 15mins train ride to NYC. The apartment can come furnished or unfurnished. I have some personal things going on and I will be traveling a lot for the next 6-8months, so I just need someone reliable who's looking for a place to stay from Sept-March (or if its not the full time that's fine too). I pay $2,500 right now but I am willing to cover the rest of the rent and pay for WIFI as well for the remainder of the lease.
Incentives
I am paying $2,500 currently for the rent monthly but I am reducing it to $2,000 for anyone who takes on the lease because I need to travel a bunch for a family issue. I am just looking for someone reliable.
