The room has massive windows and faces Sternberg Park and gets so much natural light even in the winter. Comes with a closet with a top shelf for extra storage, and if you have a full bed can fit a WFH setup too! The kitchen has a gas stove and dishwasher.

The apartment has an elevator, safe package room, a gym, laundry room, bike room, public rooftop space, car garage (extra cost handled with landlord), and very responsive management and maintenance.

I'll cover wifi for subletter, but utilities are split between roommates and vary each month (usually around $70-80 per person).

Additional fees

A deposit of $1800 will also be needed upon subletting, along with first month rent. After the lease term, the deposit (I paid) will be refunded to you in the amount given back to me, or if you choose to renew the lease will continue with you.

I can leave the bed frame (full), bookshelf, drawers (2), standing clothes rack, in-closet organizer, full-size hanging mirror, curtains, hanging lantern, and in-closet storage for $200 total. WILL PRIORITIZE PEOPLE WHO WILL TAKE LISTED FURNITURE.
