One block from the A/C/E, 1/2/3, and N/W/R trains, with other subway lines nearby as well.

The room is a flex room, but it fits a bed, desk, and dresser. The room can come furnished for a low/negotiable price, or unfurnished if preferred. The apartment has a shared kitchen/living area and bathroom.

You’d be living with one female roommate who is clean, respectful, and easygoing. Ideal roommate is also clean, communicative, and respectful of shared spaces.
