This is a beautiful, beautiful 1-BR-apartment with incredible natural light. Great layout, great condition, nice windows and millwork. You enter the foyer space, with a “floating” kitchen to the left, that connects to the living room. To the right is a bedroom with a beautiful closet, which you pass to access the bathroom.

Pets allowed, but need approval by management.
6th floor walkup.
No laundry in building, but multiple cleaners in the immediate area.
Nearby metro stops: Q, 4, 5, 6

Approximate required income: 40x the rent

MY OWN lease starts July 10. I signed it, but
meanwhile need to leave the city for an extended period, so I won’t even get to move in at all.

You can take over the lease on August 1; from weekend of July 10 to August 1 you can sublease, provided you take over the apartment lease.
