There are two other floors in this building with ceilings and windows this big. Landlord and broker are very responsive to emails. If anything needs to be addressed/fixed, they would often have someone coming in within a couple days to address the issue. Likewise, the building team is quick to address any issues with the unit as well via the app.

Less than a 5-minute walk to the F train (East Broadway). Shuttle service is also available in the morning and evening during the weekdays from and to Fulton St in FiDi.
