Hello! I'm subletting my spacious queen-sized room in Harlem for $1250/month (utilities included). I'm looking for a sublet starting July 1st through December 31st (dates can be flexible in this time frame).

CENTRAL HARLEM, on Edgecombe, south of 145, just a few blocks away from the ACBD. Coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

3-bedroom shared with two other roommates. Drug and smoke free, anti-racist, queer household. It’s a super spacious apartment with a dishwasher. Laundry in the basement. 5th floor of a walk-up. No Pets allowed.

The room: Queen-sized. There are two windows that bring in plenty of light, but it's in the back so it's not super bright. Very quiet! Has two closets.

FURNITURE: Room is furnished (bed, dresser, nightstand, desk, desk chair, rug, AC).

A little about the roommates:
Scarlett, 34 (she/her) is a writer. Works from home. Loves Drag Race, 90 Day Fiancé and will out-cook or bake anyone in the kitchen.
Jeremy, 33 (he/him) is an actor, model, and teacher. Loves good food, Drag Race, theatre, and family, and singing his heart out!
They both enjoy having a social and friendly household, but also really value and respect alone time. They are both very clean and keep a tidy and organized space.

We are hoping to find people who are experienced roommates (preferably late 20s-30s) , who treat shared spaces with care and respect. Above all we believe home has to be a safe space for everyone (including you!!), so this is a passive-aggression free zone, a judgement-free zone, and a take responsibility for your bs zone 😉 Looking for people who have steady income, paystubs required.
