For those coming for the World Cup, the subway at Barclay's Center has several direct lines to Penn Station where you can travel to MetLife Stadium. Park Slope is a lovely neighborhood in brownstone Brooklyn. As they say location, location, location!!


The apartment has recently been renovated. Two incredibly spacious, well-lit bedrooms (first two photos are of the master bedroom, with beautiful arched casement window and non functioning "fireplace"; second two are of the other spacious bedroom) are on opposite ends of the apartment, providing plenty of privacy from either kids or roommates.
