I'm posting hoping to find someone to take over the lease of my rent-stabilized 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Williamsburg located at 125 Borinquen Pl, Brooklyn NY. The apartment is located on the 5th floor (with four reliable elevators serving the whole building)

I've lived here for 3 years and genuinely love living here, but I'm relocating to move in with my partner to start the next chapter of our life together.

The lease term would be from July 13, 2026 - May 31, 2027.

One of the biggest advantages of this apartment is that it is rent-stabilized, meaning future rent increases are regulated by NYC guidelines rather than market conditions.
