After four wonderful years here, I’m relocating and looking for someone to take over my lease on this special Williamsburg one-bedroom.
Just under 500 square ft.
What I’ve loved most about this apartment is the light. The apartment faces northeast, so you wake up to beautiful sunrises through the windows, and in the evenings the sky lights up with gorgeous sunset colors over the city. Insane view of Manhattan skyline. The private balcony has been one of my favorite places to start and end the day.
The apartment is rent-stabilized through 2027 with the option to renew, which is incredibly rare in Williamsburg.
The building has everything you could want: a full-time doorman, gym, rooftop deck with grills, in-unit laundry hookups (I do not have one and use the extra closet for storage), and a laundry room downstairs. It’s quiet, well-maintained, and perfectly located near some of Williamsburg’s best restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, parks, and transportation.
This apartment has truly felt like home, and I’m only leaving because of a relocation. I’d love to find someone who will enjoy it as much as I have.
