This 3BR is our beloved home during the school year. The master bedroom has a king bed, en suite bathroom, empty walk in closet, and features world class spectacular views from the 35th floor (top penthouse) of our full service rental building complete with a full gym, indoor heated swimming pool (with lifeguard), half size basketball court, children's playroom, and huge party/gaming room with two bowling lanes, pool table, video games, foosball, shuffleboard... The second bedroom has two twin beds, empty closet, en suite bathroom and more killer views. Both the master and kids' bedroom have total blackout blinds. The third bedroom is set up as an office with a sofa and desk but there is a high quality blow up mattress set there and/or one of the twin beds from the kids' room could be moved in. There is a hallway bathroom with a tub and a heater (perfect for bathing a little one). There is a full kitchen with everything you could need to cook or not cook! Full size washer and dryer in unit.

This would be a legal agreement with our building. (It's a "Related" building--best rental company in NYC--and have the highest confidence in their ability to resolve any maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.) We will gift you use of our two adult gym passes, and include the cost of utilities which can run in the thousands of dollars with air conditioning. Weekly or semi-monthly housekeeping will be required with our cleaning service, at your cost. We maintain a parking spot in the garage in our building and can rent that to you at cost for the duration of your stay if that would be helpful.

Our monthly rent is $20k and it's customary to add 10% for furnishings so this is priced below market. We can negotiate if you're interested in longer than 30 days! Excited for someone to enjoy our amazing "pied a terre" in the sky while we are away for the summer. Note, this building is literally adjacent to the High Line, walkable to all of Chelsea, the Theater District, Midtown. Views include all of downtown Manhattan and the Hudson River below 30th Street including the Statue of Liberty. It's a pretty phenomenal perch!

Additional fees

An agreement will be issued for signature. Deposit required. My building will simply require a copy of ID to do a background check. 30 days minimum. Cost break for 45+ days. Housekeeping services at renter's cost (required semi-monthly at minimum).
