I'm looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at 91 Bruckner Blvd in Mott Haven, Bronx.

- Luxury building with modern finishes

- In-unit amenities and access to building amenities including gym, rooftop, lounge areas, and laundry

- 10 min walk to 6 or 4 trains, M125, BX 1,2,32 and 21

- Virtual doorman, secure building with package room and elevator

- I will send pics and vids of the apartment that I have upon request!

I am 25, clean, quiet, and easygoing. I recently transitioned from active duty in the Army and work as an Intell Analyst - 5 days a week. I like keeping common areas clean and organized, and will be furnishing the rest of the apartment as I go!! I will also be gone for a month in September for Army training so you’ll have the place to yourself!

Looking For:

- Female or Male roommate

- Clean, responsible, and respectful

- Stable income and 700+ credit score (for the application)

- Non-smoker

- 1 pet is okay!

Rent:

- Rent will be split (you will have the bigger bathroom and slightly smaller bedroom, does fit a queen)

- Utilities additional; usually around 100 a month. And I will cover the wifi :)

- Move-in available July or August

- My old roommate did break the lease because she could no longer afford the apartment, so lease would be up in November and I would like to resign if I find someone!!
