Looking for a male roommate, 2BR/2BA on the East Village / NoHo border
My current roommate is moving out, but I really want to stay if possible since this place since I love the location and it is a massive space for the area.
The basics
• $3,300/mo
• 12-month lease starting August 1st
• 2 bed / 2 bath, first floor of the building (no stairs, easy entry)
Location
• 6 min walk to the 6 & F
• 7 min walk to the R/W
• Under 10 min to Union Square and the B/D/L
The positives
• Huge for the area, way more space than most East Village apartments
• Tons of separation between bedrooms, so no noise issues for your room
• Your own private ensuite bathroom
• You get direct access to a large, quiet backyard from your room
• Newly renovated, we were the first tenants, with stainless steel appliances and a full-size dishwasher
• My roommate will sell most of his furniture, so an easy move-in is possible if you want it.

The one caveat
• No in-unit laundry, but there's a laundromat literally next door, and it keeps utilities much lower, so I actually prefer it. Just want you to know going in, different people value different things!
About me
• 27, work at a fintech startup (in-person 4 to 5 days/week)
• Big sports guy (Detroit / UMich teams)
• Clean but not a neat freak, social but happy to give you your space

You also will have a backyard accessible through your room - available on video if you like. The only downside is no in unit washer/dryer, but this is fine for me since the unit is massive (brand new rennovations) and has a laundromat literally next door, plus our utilities come out much cheaper as a result.
