$20 non-refundable application fee paid to Brodsky per applicant/guarantor. Must qualify at 40x monthly rent ($144,000/yr gross income).

Required docs: 2 most recent bank statements, photo ID, proof of income (employment letter, pay stubs, or W2). Hard credit check required. US guarantors must qualify at 80x monthly rent; TheGuarantors.com and SayRhino.com accepted as alternatives.
