I’m looking to sublease a private bedroom in a 2B2B apartment. The apartment is in a very convenient location, less than a 5-minute walk to the 1 train, making it great for commuting.

The unit is a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment with in-unit washer and dryer, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub. The available room is bright and spacious, with built-in lighting, its own adjustable AC, curtains, and good natural light.

The building is pet-friendly, but any pet would need to follow the building’s rules and approval process. The apartment is a smoke-free environment. Building amenities include a rooftop and a gym. Packages are delivered to and managed by the building downstairs, which makes deliveries safer and more convenient. The unit is very close to the elevator, so going up and down is easy, and the trash room is right outside the unit. Water and electricities are free.
