I've lived here for a couple of years and loved it. It's a two-floor apartment on the 7th and 8th floors, with the bedroom and bathroom down below and the kitchen, living room, and balcony up top. The separation makes the place feel much bigger than the square footage suggests, and it's something you can't really get from photos.
The balcony has sliding glass doors and faces toward the Brooklyn Museum. It's a real view. Mini-split heating and AC throughout, in-unit laundry, and a kitchen with more counter space than I've had in any other Brooklyn apartment. Happy to talk about leaving most of the furniture behind for the right person.
The building has a small gym and a live-in super who actually picks up the phone. Both things I took for granted until I started looking at other places.
Right off Franklin Ave in Crown Heights, halfway between the 2/3/4/5 and C stops at Franklin Ave, and a block from the S at Prospect Place, all within easy reach.

Additional fees

One-time lease re-assignment fee of $375. The new tenant must submit an application and be approved by the ownership.
