I am looking to assign my lease of my beautiful corner studio apartment starting this summer through April 30th of next year. I have lived in this unique space for eight years and love it deeply. It is a larger studio that is exceptionally quiet, safe, clean, and filled with natural light.

Because the floor and the building value a serene, peaceful environment, I am looking for a highly responsible, quiet, and respectful individual to take over the unit. This space is ideal for someone who appreciates a calm home environment, respects neighbors, and will care for the apartment as much as I do.

Spacious and serene studio space. Quiet Upper East Side studio. Studio space has sleeping, sitting, and separate kitchen and dining area. Very quiet, interior facing studio with plenty of natural light. Balcony, large windows, full bath, elevator building, short walk to Central Park, and five minute walk to Whole Foods. Clean studio, Casper mattress. Perfect location with access to the 4-5-6-Q subway, and the city bus, and Citi bikes. Plenty of conveniences and comforts to feel at home in NYC. Thanks.

Additional fees

Management application fee applies (maximum $20 non-refundable fee for credit/background check). Applicants must show standard NYC landlord qualifications: combined annual income of 40x the rent ($102,000+) or a US guarantor showing 80x the rent. Required paperwork includes: recent tax returns, W2s/1099s, last 3 bank statements, photo ID, and a letter of employment verifying income.

Standard 1-month security deposit ($2,550) required. Tenant is fully responsible for monthly utilities based on actual usage (ConEd/Wi-Fi) and must maintain a valid NYC renter’s insurance policy for the duration of the stay.
