I’m looking for someone to take over my one bedroom apartment lease in Hell's Kitchen. I'm only leaving because life is taking me somewhere new — otherwise, I’d never give this place up. I am also selling all the furniture in the photos including the TV.

It's located on 45th St between 8th and 9th Ave, a beautiful pre-war one-bedroom that has everything you want in a New York apartment.

The building is solid and well-loved — with a nighttime security guard and a super who runs things very smoothly. The building is cleaned consistently and extremely clean for NYC standards.

The apartment itself is southwest-facing, so natural light pours in all day long. The kitchen is fully separated and surprisingly spacious — with more storage than you’d ever expect in the city.

The bedroom fits a queen bed comfortably and has a large closet. Full bathroom.

The location doesn’t get better - you’re less than a minute from the 42nd St subway entrance, with access to virtually every train in the city.
