Hi! I am subletting my studio in Prospect Heights for 2150 That's rent plus wifi, heat, and hot water. It's fully furnished and decorated quite girly :) I also hate the big light, so there the apt is nightmode.

The location is the best part, it's right on the parkway across from the BK museum, giving you easy access to the 2345 train lines, and Barclays is like 2 stops away for any transfers. Right across from the Botanical Gardens and a 5-minute walk to the Central Library, Grand Army Plaza, and Prospect Park!

It gets really great natural light exposure, as it's on the top floor of an elevator building. There are updated appliances and laundry in the building, and a trash chute.

It's available for July and August ! You would have to pay for electricity and gas. Really wanna prioritize a good, trustworthy sublet, so im open to negotiation.

Comes fully furnished and, with basics like dish soap and such!

Going through my landlord, so would need to see a letter of employment, tax returns ect.
