Hi guys! I'm moving to London mid-July, so I am looking for someone who will sublet my studio unit/ do a lease takeover for two months (from mid-July to September 19th). Alternatively, you may be able to sign a 12-month lease from mid-July if you want.
* Dates: 7/18 - 9/19
* Location: The apartment is called Maybury and is located at 40th street & 10th ave.
* Rent: $3,895 per month, and utilities have ranged between $50-$65 for me so far.
My studio has a built-in mattress/bed that turns into a couch if you tuck it in.
