The prospective tenant will have his own private bedroom with closet and his own private spacious bathroom. The kitchen and den area are shared. There is a washer and dryer in the common area which is also shared among the two tenants.

This apartment has been recently renovated with granite countertops, new cabinets, new appliances and hard wood floors. Televisions are in den and in bedroom. The apartment is also furnished, with sofa, tables, bed, desk and chair.

The apartment is in a prime location. Rahway has undergone a gentrification and there are high end bars, whiskey lounge, brewery, pizza parlors, ice cream shop, coffee houses, upscale restaurants, library, bank, all within walking distance. The apartment is also very close by to supermarkets, houses of worship, post office, and fitness centers as well. The Woodbridge mall and Menlo Park mall are in close proximity as the building is not far from US Highway 1.

There is a parking garage in the basement of the building for a reasonable fee. On the ground floor of the building is a very nice bar and lounge area with lots of natural light, a fireplace, and plenty of seating and tables. This area is perfect for hanging out with friends or doing work. The apartment is across the street from the Rahway train station which makes commuting to NYC very quick and easy.

The owner is a college professor who never cooks, never uses the kitchen appliances, and stores very little in the refrigerator and cabinets. He very rarely uses the den. During the summer months he spends most days away from the apartment.
