Paperwork Process:

Please contact me if you are interested.
I will share my landlord’s application, credit check, and guarantor paperwork with you.
The landlord will review the application and either approve or decline it. The turnaround time is usually less than one business day.
Once approved, you will pay the security deposit and first month’s rent directly through my landlord company’s system.
The landlord company will then add you to their system and provide full access to the building.

Other info

The landlord would allow the incoming tenant the option to extend the lease after the listed end date in February, either for a short-term period of 3 months or a longer term of 12 or 18 months.

Also, my current roommates are wonderful people in their 20s and 30s. They are very quiet, clean, and respectful :)

The building’s shared spaces, including the basement living room and alleyway, are very spacious and great for hosting parties or larger gatherings. They are also not used very often, so they usually feel quite open and available. :)
