~10 min walk to Prospect Park, Q/B, 2/3/4/5, ~15 min walk to C train.

The roommates:
- Acacia (she/her, 26F): Travel editor/writer from LA. Travels for work fairly often but when she’s home she loves to do yoga, go to the park, and hang out with friends.
- Francis (he/him, 30M): Super nice and works in film. Has a girlfriend so is out of the apartment a couple nights a week. Likes to read and play volleyball.

This is a lease takeover- lease ends September 30, with possibility to resign if you like the place/want to stay longer. You would need two recent paystubs to apply (letters of employment not accepted). First months rent and security will be due when signing the lease!
