Property Details
Our lease runs through 10/14, but we're sadly moving to DC for my husband's job. We've loved this apartment so much that we even referred close friends who now live here too! It's a great community, and whenever issues popped up, management was always quick to get things fixed. The rent definitely isn't cheap, but it's felt well worth it to us.
I think Jasper is especially perfect for couples or families with babies or dogs — we have a toddler and have been so happy here. There are great facilities for babies and toddlers as well as dogs.
The basics:
* Move-in available starting August (but we can do earlier too — let us know your schedule!)
* 2 bed / 2 bath — last time I checked, Jasper's 2B/2BA units were all leased. Ours is also special in that it's the top floor corner unit, so the ceilings are higher and the floor-to-ceiling windows make it more charming.
* Rent we are paying now: $7,275/month
* We'd like to offer it at $5,000/month for the 2-month takeover
* We'll cover any additional Jasper management fees to process the lease takeover paperwork
* After the 2 months, you'll need to confirm the rent directly with Jasper management
Location & convenience:
* 5-min walk to the 7 subway line
* Close to two major grocery stores: Dumbo Market and Urban Market
* CVS right across the street
