I am looking for someone to take over my room in our beautiful 2-story (!!) 4 bed/2 bath duplex in South Slope. The rent is $1355/month plus utilities, available as early as June 1st. The apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd stories of a 2 unit building and is on a very sweet, green, and quiet block. You’d be living with 3 roommates, all late 20’s to mid 30’s, and a very loving small schnoodle named Mops. You’d be taking over my name on the lease until October 31st, when there will be an opportunity to resign. The apartment has been on a running lease for many years and is a really good find.



The open room is the only bedroom on the 2nd floor (all others upstairs), and gets a lot of nice light during the day. We also have a nice outdoor balcony area and are 10 minutes from Prospect Park with a beautiful community garden on our block. We have a dishwasher! The living room is nice and big and has a bunch of plants. Having a queer or femme identifying roommate would be great, but not required.



The apartment is near the F at both 4 av/9 st and 7 av, and the R at Prospect Av. We’re also near lots of fun bars and food, including possibly the neighborhood’s best burrito at Reyes Deli. It’s been really lovely living here and I’m sad to leave, so grab it while it’s available!
