Additional fees

The management company (Brodsky) requires a qualified tenant to take over the lease "as is" to finish the remainder of the lease (through October 31, 2026). The incoming tenant must make 40x the rent and have credit over 600 - we can provide a Procedure document with more information. If the above apply, the Brodsky leasing team will send an application. This would need to get the landlord's approval and the company's legal counsel would draw up an assignment contract. The process could potentially take up to 30 days from date of request.
